The service
Runwisely provides AI-assisted marketing tools: website scans, content generation, strategy planning, approval workflows, and publishing to connected social accounts. The service is provided "as is" while in testing.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to connect the social accounts and websites you add to Runwisely.
- You review and approve every piece of content before it is published. Runwisely never publishes without your explicit approval.
- You are responsible for the content you approve and publish, including compliance with platform policies and applicable law.
AI-generated content
Marketing fixes, strategies, and copy are generated by AI and may contain errors. They are drafts for your review — not professional advice. Always review before approving.
Connected accounts
Connecting Facebook or Instagram authorizes Runwisely to act within the permissions you grant. You can disconnect at any time from the Connections page. Disconnecting revokes our access tokens.
Acceptable use
Do not use Runwisely to publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates Meta's platform policies or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runwisely is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including actions taken on connected social accounts after your approval.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
